How can you help us?

• Monetary Contributions – Your monetary contributions can be mailed or dropped off at our Strinestown Station any time. Your contribution will be used directly to support our emergency service operations. We do not pay outside agencies to solicit or collect donations, so 100% of your money stays right here to help you when you need us.
   
• Trusts and Estates – You can name the Strinestown Community Fire Co. as a beneficiary in your will or trust. Your contribution can be designated to our general fund or a specific purpose. Please contact us if you are interested in this option.
   
• United Way – You can direct any or all of your annual United Way contribution to be distributed to our organization. We are a 501 (c) 3 non profit institute of purely public charity as approved by the IRS.
   
• Time – We are always looking for individuals or groups that can volunteer time to our cause. We welcome anyone that wants to help, even if it is for one day or a specific event. We hope that after you start helping you will want to come back for other events. Volunteer as little or as much as you want! We are always looking for firefighters and for apparatus drivers, especially during daytime hours. We provide all the training needed as well as pagers and protective gear. We can also use your help at our fundraisers, work details and other events. Everyone has skills and we can use yours. We have regular work details where we clean, paint, repair and service our apparatus, our buildings and grounds. If you have time to volunteer we can use it!
